What is the difference between percale and satin?

If you are looking for an elegant solution for your sleep, satin and percale are the ideal fabrics. Both fabrics are made of cotton fiber, but their processing makes them unique and different.
Percale is a high-quality fabric obtained through a dense structure of fine cotton yarn. A soft, breathable and precious fabric.
Satin is the result of a special weave and transforms your bedroom into flawless home decor. With our satin, high comfort meets absolute elegance.

How do I find the perfect size for my bathrobe?

Our bathrobes are unisex and cut slightly larger for perfect comfort. We tend to recommend women choose a size smaller than their normal size.

Do you offer custom-made products?

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer custom-made products as we are still a very small company and do not have the capacity for this. We hope to be able to serve you with your desired sizes and colors in the future.

Why are the covers larger than stated on the website?

Our fabrics contract a few centimeters the first time they are washed. Therefore we cut the fabrics larger than stated on the website. After the first wash, the covers should correspond to the specified size.

What mattress height are the fitted sheets designed for?

The fitted sheets are suitable for a mattress height between 20 and 30cm and this also applies to box spring bed mattresses. We recommend that you check your mattress height again before ordering.

How prone to creases are your fabrics or are they non-iron?

Our fabrics wrinkle a little, but this can be avoided by hanging the bed linen up to dry immediately after washing. If you tumble dry them, make sure to keep the speed below 800 and, while the bedding is still warm, fold it immediately to avoid it cooling down crumpled. As long as you follow these tips, you generally don't need to iron our bed linen.

Where can I enter the discount code?

You can enter the discount code during the checkout process. You don't have to pay attention to upper and lower case letters.

Does the discount code also apply to products that have already been discounted?

You can also apply your discount code to discounted products. The discount of the voucher code is in addition to the discounts on the website.

Can I apply multiple discount codes to my order?

You can only use one voucher code per order.

Can I get a discount code for my order afterwards?

Once your order has been placed and received by us, we are unfortunately no longer able to issue a discount code. If you have any problems redeeming your discount code, please contact us before placing your order. Then we can help you with that.

What do I do if I receive a reminder from Klarna?

If you pay with Klarna's "Pay in 30 days" option, Klarna will advance the costs for you and therefore you owe them the money and not us. If you return your order, it is possible that your order will arrive after Klarna's 30-day payment period, as with Dalfilo you have 30 days to return it. In order to avoid reminders, we ask you to pay the outstanding invoice with Klarna and as soon as we have received your return, we will refund your money.

If you have received a reminder for any other reason, we ask you to contact Klarna customer service, as this is an external provider and we do not have access to them.

Delivery

When will I receive my delivery?

We ship your order from our warehouse in Bergamo. Since it is an international shipment, shipping usually takes between 2-5 business days.

Why is there a longer delivery time for personalized products?

The embroidery is made by hand. If demand is high, shipping may be slightly delayed as we still want to ensure good quality.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order has been processed by our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number from DHL to track the shipment of your order.

How can I change the delivery date or delivery method of my order?

If you are not at home on the delivery date specified by DHL, you can easily change the delivery using the email you received from DHL thanks to DHL's OnDemand Delivery Service.

Where is my package?

If your package has been left at a parcel shop or with a neighbor but unfortunately no note has been left for you, please contact our customer service and we will help you find your package.

How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order by sending an email to service.ch@dalfilo.com. We would like to point out that our customer service does not work on weekends and cancellation requests sent on the weekend will not be answered until Monday during the day.

How can I change my order?

You can still change your order within the first 4 days after placing your order. Please write an email to our customer service or contact us by phone.

How can I return my order?

If you would like to return your order or part of your order, please send us an email to service.ch@dalfilo.com with your order number, the exact items you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will send you a return label shortly.

Can I exchange items in my order?

If you would like to exchange one or more items from your orders, please contact our customer service via email or telephone and please let us know which items you would like to exchange and which items you would like to have in exchange.

My order is incomplete

In the event that your order is not complete, please contact our customer service and explain to us which item is missing so that we can help you and forward the missing item.

An item in my order is defective/defective

Please check the condition of your ordered products within 14 days of delivery of the package. If something is wrong with one of the products, we would ask you to send us a photo of the defective item so that we can better understand the problem and work with you to find a solution.

Personalisierte Stickerei

Welche Produkte bieten Stickerei als Personalisierungsoption an?

Wir bieten die Möglichkeit, Kissenbezüge, Bademäntel, Handtücher, Kinderponchos und Badetücher mit einer Stickerei zu personalisieren.

Stickerei auf Waffelpiqué-Bademänteln und -Tüchern ist nicht möglich.

Was kann man genau besticken lassen?

- Bei Kissenbezügen und Bademänteln werden bis zu drei Buchstaben gestickt und immer durch einen Punkt getrennt.
- Bei Handtüchern werden bis zu zwei Buchstaben gestickt und immer durch einen Punkt getrennt.
- Bei Kinderponchos und Badetüchern wird der ganze Name gestickt, nicht nur Initialen.
Hinweis:
- NUR angegebene Symbole (oder limitierte/spezielle Stickerei)
- Ziffern können NICHT bestickt werden
- Es ist nicht möglich, die Position der Stickerei auszuwählen.

Wo werden die Stickereien positioniert?

Auf die Kissenbezüge werden die Buchstaben immer oben rechts gestickt, auf den Bademänteln sowie auf den Kinderartikeln links oben und auf den Handtüchern rechts unten (siehe Fotos der jeweiligen Produkte).

Kann ich außer Initialen auch andere Motive besticken lassen?

Je nach saisonalen oder speziellen limitierten Editionen, bieten wir auch für die angegebene Zeit neue und andere Motive oder Wörter/Sätze an.

Wie lange dauert es, bis personalisierte Produkte versandbereit sind?

Alle personalisierten Produkte können einige zusätzliche Tage für die Auftragsvorbereitung erfordern, da diese individuell von uns handgefertigt werden.
